Transfer Pricing - Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of SGS transfer pricing policies and
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements in cooperation with Legal, Finance and business
• Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams, addressing complex business and tax
• Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
• Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement initiatives, including

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably within a multinational
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or similar.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international TP principles.
• Experience in preparing or reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into practical
• Experience with transfer pricing databases and research tools (e.g., Moody's, Bureau van Dijk
