Transfer Pricing Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation, incl. Local Files, Master Files and benchmarking
• Support development, implementation and maintenance of transfer pricing policies and intercompany
• Draft and manage intercompany agreements with Legal, Finance and business stakeholders.
• Provide transfer pricing advice to regional and local teams on complex business/tax matters.
• Support transfer pricing audits, APAs, MAPs and other tax controversy projects.
• Participate in M&A, business integration and process improvement, incl. transfer pricing tech

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in transfer pricing, preferably multinational environment.
• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or similar.
• Solid understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international principles.
• Experience preparing/reviewing Local Files, Master Files, benchmarking studies, and intercompany
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience with transfer pricing databases/tools (e.g., Moody\'s, Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat or
