Transformation Consultant

📋 Description

• Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to define enterprise-wide AI and agentic transformation
• Work across strategy and execution to diagnose issues, align stakeholders, and drive measurable
• Lead transformation domains including AI strategy, CX design, cloud migration, and operating model
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and executive materials to support decision-making.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather input and drive consensus.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans with milestones and owners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory.
• Experience shaping AI/digital transformation programs at executive level with sponsorship and
• Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems (ACD routing, IVR, WFM, QA, omnichannel).
• Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation in CCaaS/UCaaS contexts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple functions and industries with credible delivery.
