📋 Description

  • Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
  • Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap across regions.
  • Ensure ERP deployment aligns with the Finance Target Operating Model.
  • Coordinate business, IT and external partners globally.
  • Maintain governance across all program workstreams.
  • Drive process standardization and value realization in finance operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Finance Transformation or large-scale programs.
  • Proven Oracle Fusion ERP transformation experience.
  • Expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
  • Experience in Shared Services/Global Business Services.
  • Strong stakeholder management across multinational teams.
  • Knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.
