📋 Description

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) for Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Translate Finance strategy into ERP design, deployment, adoption and value realization.
• Coordinate between Finance, GBS, IT, regional stakeholders and partners.
• Drive process standardization, governance and change across multiple countries.
• Shape SGS’s future operating model through a high-visibility transformation.
• Ensure deployment aligns with Finance Target Operating Model and business value.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale programs.
• Proven Oracle Fusion transformation leadership.
• Expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience in Shared Services / GBS and multi-country deployments.
• Strong governance, stakeholder management and change leadership.
