• Lead the project engineering sub-team on a Strategic Capital Project.
• Drive schedule, execution, risk management, and reporting for the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing to set scope and priorities.
• Perform economic analysis and feasibility studies for complex options.
• Balance project objectives with customer and clinical needs in scope development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering/science or equivalent; 8+ years in engineering/ops (advanced degree
• Strong technical knowledge; ability to solve complex problems across disciplines.
• Experience with risk management, design controls, and cost/schedule reporting.
• Ability to interact with senior management and external collaborators.
• Health care/pharma/biologics industry background preferred.
