📋 Description

• Lead the project engineering sub-team on a Strategic Capital Project.
• Drive schedule, execution, risk management, and reporting for the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing to establish scope and

• Develop execution strategy including procurement and cost/schedule controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering/Science or related; 8+ years of significant engineering/operational
• Strong technical knowledge; ability to work on complex problems with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk assessment, cost control, and project controls; familiarity with
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables.
• Ability to guide validation strategies and integrate regulatory/operational needs.
