Transformation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead project cost, schedule and documentation for Strategic Capital Project
• Drive schedule, execution, risk management and reporting for the team
• Identify cost/cycle time reductions and efficiency improvements
• Mentor personnel on Business Excellence tools
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Develop plans to deliver on budget, scope and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years business experience; 1+ year LSS
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Business
• Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader; PMP preferred
• Financial acumen and ROI assessment
• Strong written and oral communication
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution
