📋 Description

• Lead project cost, schedule and documentation for Strategic Capital Project
• Drive schedule, execution, risk management and reporting for the team
• Identify opportunities to reduce operating cost and cycle time
• Mentor personnel on Business Excellence tools
• Establish relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Develop plans to deliver within budget, scope and schedule

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years of business experience, min 1 year LSS
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Business
• Accredited LSS Green Belt or Kaizen Leader; PMP preferred
• Financial acumen and ROI assessment ability
• Strong written/oral communication; problem solving
• Proven project coordination, leadership and collaboration
