Transformation Senior Process Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead for process and equipment design on Strategic Capital Project
• Drive design decisions, equipment specs, and risk management
• Independently plan and conduct high-impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing or Packaging
• Develop execution strategy including procurement and balancing business needs with cGMP requirements
• Interface with regulatory agencies during audits and present documentation
• Represent engineering on corporate task forces and collaborate with internal/external teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; 6+ years preferred
• Strong technical knowledge, able to handle complex problems
• Experience collaborating across diverse groups and with external partners
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills in fast-paced environments
• Technical background in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biologics industries preferred
• Experience with financial systems and fiscal controls
