📋 Description

• Technical lead for process/equipment design on Strategic Capital Project
• Drive design decisions, specs, risk management for the project
• Ensure compliance with policies and cGMP requirements
• Plan and conduct high impact projects in Drug Product Manufacturing/Packaging
• Develop execution strategy incl. procurement, balance demands
• Support regulatory audits; prepare documentation packages

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in Engineering/science or equivalent; 6+ years engineering/operational exp
• Strong technical knowledge; solves complex problems
• Ability to work with diverse groups; strong communication
• Healthcare/pharma/pharmaceutical/biologics background preferred
• Experience with financial systems and fiscal control
