Develop community sites and work-based opportunities; build networks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Background in education or social work preferred.
Regulatory knowledge: IDEA transition mandates.
Transition and coaching experience with placing and coaching students.
Systemic mindset; leverage community networks and resources.
Behavioral and performance knowledge (e.g., ASD/ADHD).
