📋 Description

• Prepare students aged 14-22 for life after school.
• Bridge school-to-adulthood with an outside-the-walls mindset.
• Develop independence and community networks.
• Work hours: 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (Hillside, IL).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Background in education or social work preferred.
• IDEA regulatory knowledge.
• Transition and coaching experience.
• Systemic mindset focused on real-world resources.
• Behavioral and performance knowledge.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $40,000–$75,000 annually.
