Transitions Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid work between home and office (London, UK).
• Lead scheme-specific transition plans for Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) deals.
• Manage end-to-end transition activities to agreed timelines.
• Coordinate data/benefit verification with trustees, advisers, brokers, admins.
• Support business development activities and internal workstreams.
• Maintain transition MI and provide updates to the management team.

🎯 Requirements

• Pension qualification (CII/PMI) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Pension Risk Transfer market.
• Experience onboarding/ administering DB schemes.
• Strong DB pension knowledge (wind-up, PPF, FAS).
• Understanding of buy-in, buy-out and de-risking activity.
• Strong project planning and stakeholder communication.
