Translator/Linguist (Freelance)

📋 Description

• Edit and refine AI-assisted translations to ensure fluency, accuracy, natural expression
• Localize scripts and other content for dubbing, voiceover, subtitles, audiobooks, and multimedia
• Review translated content for target audience, adapting expressions and references where necessary.
• Ensure consistent terminology, style, and linguistic quality across projects, maintaining
• Collaborate with dubbing, audio, and production specialists to ensure translated scripts work
• Independently manage assigned tasks and deliver high-quality linguistic work within deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese and/or another supported language, with strong command
• Proven professional experience in translation, localization, or a closely related linguistic field.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail, linguistic accuracy, consistency, and natural flow.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills and sound judgment when adapting tone and terminology.
