Transport Center Planner - CTOC

📋 Description

• Support daily and weekly transport operations through planning, reporting, stakeholder cooperation
• Act as first-line support for daily transport activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and cross-dock operations; ensure smooth workflows and timely
• Handle transport documentation and claims; resolve discrepancies with external partners.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and support service quality improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports (e.g., on-time performance, VAT, inventory balances).

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
• 2+ years of experience in transport or logistics operations, with planning, reporting, or
• Strong organizational and time management skills; keen eye for data accuracy.
• Experience in transport operations including planning, claims handling, and system administration.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and operational metrics for data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams and with external partners (primarily in
