📋 Description

• Handle transport requests by gathering requirements and identifying suitable transportation
• Source capacity from carrier partners, request quotes, negotiate pricing, and select best options.
• Provide fast, reliable responses to customer needs with clear communication.
• Calculate pricing, evaluate margins, and prepare competitive transport offers.
• Maintain accurate records of requests, prices, and orders in internal systems.
• Monitor carrier performance and contribute to network improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or transport procurement.
• Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently with accuracy.
• Strong negotiation and communication with suppliers and customers.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and basic commercial calculations.
• Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, Transportation Management Systems, and automation platforms.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and good English.
