Transportation Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the Delivery & Service Department
• Lead the Team to recruit, hire, train, coach, and perform evaluations
• Develop and implement department plans, budgets, and procedures
• Oversee DOT compliance, routing, scheduling, and driver performance
• Coordinate with franchisees, stores, and vendors; respond to customer concerns
• Prepare annual department budget; monitor payroll and cost containment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field preferred
• Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years Transportation/Logistics operations management
• DOT regulations knowledge; proficiency with Microsoft Office; fleet management and routing systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Full-time with flexible scheduling; on-call requirements

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 + 15% Team Achievement Bonus
