Oversees a team of drivers (Class A and B) delivering to Domino’s Pizza stores
Schedule drivers, route trucks, review trip sheets, ensure DOT/state/local compliance
Train drivers and complete Job Safety Observations (JSO)
Handle customer complaints and maintain a diverse, fast-paced environment
Lead driver onboarding, safety, and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma, some college hours; 2-year degree preferred
2-3 years supervisory experience
2-3 years route scheduling experience
Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules, FMCSA regulations
MS Office, SAP, Samsara, TMS, computers, scanner equipment
Willingness to support a 24-hour operation
