Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of drivers delivering to Domino’s stores
• Schedule drivers, route trucks, review trip sheets for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, laws, and company policies
• Handle customer complaints and concerns; train new drivers
• Maintain safety with JSOs and diverse, fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma; 2-3 years supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMSCA rules
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, TMS, computers, scanners
• Willingness to support 24-hour operations
• Background check every 3 years; CDL A preferred; bilingual preferred
