Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a team of drivers (Class A & B) delivering to Domino’s stores
• Schedule drivers, route trucks, and review trip sheets for accuracy
• Ensure DOT, state, local laws and company policies compliance
• Train new drivers and conduct Job Safety Observations (JSO)
• Handle customer complaints and maintain safe operations
• Communicate with drivers, departments and vendors daily

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma; some college hours or 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules
• MS Office, SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Willingness to support 24-hour operation
