Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor drivers; recruit and onboard
• Schedule routes and monitor hours of service
• Ensure DOT/OSHA compliance and safety standards
• Review logs, payroll accuracy, and driver performance
• Manage budgets, fuel cards, and reporting
• Drive or support operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA rules and regulations
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, TMS and related tech
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation
• CDL Class A preferred; bilingual preferred
