📋 Description

Assess student development and contribute to student IEPs for behavioral growth
Travel to multiple Menta school locations within Chicago area
Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) for individual students
Collaborate with school team to implement evidence-based intervention plans
Develop data collection strategies and monitor student response
Train staff in interventions and programming

🎯 Requirements

Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification
Experience as a behavior/autism specialist
Ability to travel locally/regional
Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis abilities
Creative thinking and interpersonal skills
