Travelling EHS Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Forgen EHS Program across projects.
• Coordinate audits, HASPs, training, and incident investigations.
• Communicate safety requirements; coach all employees on compliance.
• Develop, implement and review safety policies; ensure ALARP risk controls.
• Provide data and narratives on safety performance to leadership.
• Work with Operations to support safety initiatives on site.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in safety/engineering or related field.
• BCSP designation (e.g., CSP, CHST, STS).
• 5+ years in safety program leadership within civil/construction sectors; strong driving record.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform air sampling, inspections, and HASP alignment with client needs.
