Treasury Assistant Vice President (Remote - Work from Anywhere)

📋 Description

• Lead Treasury workstreams in fixed income investments and Bitcoin-related structures.
• Structure investment and yield products for Treasury with internal and external partners.
• Execute OTC Bitcoin trades and FX flows; maintain strong counterparty relationships.
• Balance risk and reward within Group risk appetites; manage investment risks.
• Support Treasury management reporting, including P&L and risk reporting to senior committees.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Fixed Income investing experience; ability to source, evaluate, and manage portfolios.
• Experience structuring products for Treasury, especially Bitcoin-referenced structures.
• Strong OTC Bitcoin and FX trading/flow experience; trading mindset.
• Commercial, risk-aware mindset with ability to design new investment solutions.
• Crypto experience; CFA or CIMA or similar qualification preferred.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and report clearly.
