Treasury & FinOps Analyst

📋 Description

• Process payments to creators, vendors, and suppliers on time.
• Track incoming/outgoing payments and keep records organized.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and new receivables.
• Follow collections not yet invoiced with internal teams and clients.
• Generate invoices for US entities and support customer billing.
• Record and reconcile banking transactions across portals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Startup experience is a plus but not required.
