📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and requirements
• Design the To-Be state and configure Ripple Treasury’s SaaS suite to meet client goals
• Act as trusted advisor on treasury best practices and modernize legacy processes
• Hands-on platform configuration aligned with strategic vision
• Deliver enablement and training to empower users and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to incorporate client feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing solution consulting or treasury software implementations
• Consultative approach; challenge status quo and drive better outcomes
• Technical competence in complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks
• Excellent communication; translate technical concepts to financial language
• Expertise in treasury domains: cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
• Financial proficiency in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance; comfortable discussing cash
