Treasury Management Specialist (Contract Position)

📋 Description

• Manage clients during online banking upgrade/conversion.
• Provide technical support, service and sales assistance.
• Deliver instructor-led training for new platforms.
• Consult with clients to identify product needs.
• Provide contact center support across delivery channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Treasury Management sales/service or online banking.
• Experience with ACH, wire transfer, NACHA, lockbox, Positive Pay.
• Background in contact center is a plus; strong PM skills.
• Experience training external stakeholders; excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Office; B2B experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 5+ years in Treasury Management.
