Treasury Manager, Global Treasury Operations

📋 Description

• Lead daily cash and product operations and assist global treasury processes.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, and intercompany settlement oversight.
• Oversee cash operations, bank reconciliation, and account configurations.
• Support audits, FBAR compliance, and monitoring of restricted accounts/LOCs.
• Analyze cash positions, liquidity for wallet funding, and digital asset fundings.
• Oversee Stablecoin (RLUSD) Treasury operations, OTC trading support, and related activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate treasury operations (startup or multinational preferred).
• Deep expertise in domestic and cross-border payments, FX, and digital assets; advanced
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related field (MBA/CFA/CTP preferred).
• Analytical, proactive, organized with strong communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment with data-driven decision making.
