Treasury Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist with monitoring daily cash positions and bank balances across accounts and entities
• Process wire transfers and intercompany transactions
• Work with Accounts Payable and Payroll teams for funding and vendor needs
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly treasury reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual treasury processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance (internships count)
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with large data sets and reconciliations
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not required); familiarity with AI tools is a plus
