Treasury Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and own the liquidity monitoring dashboard and alerting system for FX and cash flow across
• Map the flow of funds for new banking products before launch (card issuing, new payment rails)
• Resolve client and partner-bank payment inquiries and build automations to improve
• Review and streamline existing payment operations processes as volume grows, reducing manual work
• Support new client onboarding on the banking side, from fee setup to first payment
• Set up and tune fee configuration and transaction rules when launching a new payment method

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with payments (Treasury Manager, Payments Manager, or Payments
• Real working knowledge of how banking payments move (SWIFT, SEPA)
• English strong enough to communicate directly with partners and work with documentation
• Ability to own ambiguous tasks and shape them into deliverable projects and processes
