📋 Description

• Primary contact for customers during the pre-trial journey.
• Guide consultative sales, education, and insurance benefits for AAC solutions.
• Demonstrate value of Lingraphica devices and trial experience.
• Coordinate insurance/financial details and trial readiness.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant CRM documentation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a consistent customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in consultative sales, customer service, healthcare, or related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and explain insurance details clearly.
