Trilingual Health Psychologist (Spanish, English, and Portuguese)

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical journey; provide bilingual emotional support and case management.
• Conduct evaluations and risk assessments (ATS) and CBT interventions across languages.
• Act as clinical contact for Spanish/Portuguese/English provider networks; ensure care quality and compliance.
• Maintain clinical records in Salesforce; meet Lyra's global standards and local requirements.
• Provide bilingual clinical response and follow-up for high-risk cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Full fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (C1); therapy and notes in all three.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent to practice in Spain.
• 3+ years of experience in CBT and clinical assessment.
• Experience with CRMs and clinical management platforms.
• Open to adapt clinical empathy to the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
