🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in Trust & Safety, moderation or risk assessment.
Nice to have: Customer Support in real-time decision-making.
Languages: French (C1/C2) and English (B2); Spanish a plus.
Strong understanding of German culture, youth trends, online norms.
Knowledge of social platforms, user dynamics, digital communities.
Understanding of how dating/social apps work and typical risks.
