📋 Description

• Build UAE compliance infra: policies, controls, and systems
• Lead UAE licensing; regulator liaison; expand perimeters
• Serve as MLRO/AML CO for UAE VA and payments
• Use RegTech and analytics to improve monitoring and blockchain analytics
• Stay updated on UAE regulations; update policies and procedures
• Oversee onboarding, KYC/KYB, CDD; monitor surveillance and filings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years compliance in VA/payments/fintech
• Strong UAE regulatory knowledge (AML/CFT, VA/payments, UAEPSR)
• Hands-on AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, and SARs
• Proven MLRO or senior AML role in UAE-regulated VA/payments entity
• Familiarity with RegTech tools and blockchain analytics (Actimize, Chainalysis)
