Underwriting Analyst - Proprietary Lending Program

📋 Description

• Analyze and underwrite credit risk for Proprietary Lending Program (PLG) deals at multiple levels
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to complete reports and with mortgage bankers to finalize
• Support due diligence with site inspections, market research, and financial data collection.

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of CRE underwriting, cash flow forecasting, and pricing metrics.
• Experience reviewing engineering and environmental reports, zoning reports, and appraisals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 0-3 years of relevant experience; ability to thrive in a
