Unit Plant Manager

📋 Description

• Manage total operation of production lines on a 24/7 basis through line management and continuous
• Drive the plant furnace to achieve Safety, Quality, Total Best Cost, Productivity and Flexibility
• Promote Manufacturing Excellence and continuous improvement
• Conduct production meetings and sponsor morning TPC meetings
• Lead and manage projects; meet plant KPIs
• Collaborate with team members and support employee engagement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred in Production/Operations Management
• Experience supervising/leading people and processes in manufacturing
• Glass industry experience required; Cold End experience preferred
• Strong coaching, mentoring, verbal and written communication skills
• Adequate knowledge of information systems and data analysis
