• Design and manage the annual new graduate recruiting program (sourcing, interviews, offers

• 5+ years of recruiting with university/early career ownership.
• Experience scaling campus programs at a high-growth tech company.
• Proven success hiring top engineering talent from leading universities.
• Strong understanding of engineering recruiting and technical hiring.
• Experience building employer branding for technical students.
• Exceptional relationship-building and project management skills.
