🎯 Requirements

  • At least 5 years underwriting experience for US mortgage loans (conventional, FHA/VA, non-QM)
  • Experience with TRID and agency/investor guidelines (Fannie/Freddie/HUD/VA)
  • End-to-end mortgage lifecycle understanding
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Retool experience
  • Strong written and verbal English; good problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree; residency in the Philippines; US Pacific time availability
