US Payroll Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Process US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions.
• Ensure data integrity and time-tracking accuracy.
• Provide frontline payroll support to US-based employees.
• Triage tickets and maintain SLA adherence using Freshservice.
• Review timecards and payroll registers to catch variances.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now updates for labor law and tax rules.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of US payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Ticketing experience with Freshservice, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Able to work 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
