📋 Description

• Ensure payroll data integrity across 15+ jurisdictions.
• Provide US-based employee support and payroll inquiries.
• Process multi-state payroll and ensure time-tracking accuracy.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now data; update labor rules and statuses.
• Manage garnishments per US federal/state requirements.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for audits and leadership insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of US payroll experience.
• ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG experience.
• Excel: VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Freshservice, Zendesk or ServiceNow ticketing.
• Shift: 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST.
• Strong English communication and detail orientation.
