US Payroll Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Handle US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions with accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate time-tracking.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support; triage tickets and SLAs.
• Load batches and review payroll registers to catch variances.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now to reflect labor laws and statuses.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for audits and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of US payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
• Ticketing experience with Freshservice, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Willing to work 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-starter, proactive problem-solver.
