📋 Description

  • Manage US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions
  • Ensure data integrity and support US-based employees
  • Guard time-tracking accuracy and payroll data quality
  • Triage payroll inquiries via Freshservice and meet SLAs
  • Load batches and review payroll registers to catch variances

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years US payroll experience
  • Proficient with ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience with Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow or similar ticketing
  • Willing to work 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST (US time zones)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, self-starter
