Audit timecards and payroll registers for accuracy.
Maintain ADP Workforce Now to reflect labor laws and tax changes.
Manage garnishments per US federal/state requirements.
Provide Tier 1 payroll support via Freshservice; triage inquiries and meet SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

2–3 years of US payroll experience.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
Intermediate Excel: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Ticketing experience: Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow; SLA aware.
Willing to work 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
