📋 Description

• Process multi-state US payroll across 15+ jurisdictions.
• Ensure data integrity and accurate time-tracking.
• Provide Tier 1 payroll support to US-based employees via tickets.
• Load batches and perform first review of payroll registers.
• Maintain ADP Workforce Now to reflect labor laws and employee status.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of US payroll experience with US tax cycles.
• Technical: ADP Workforce Now or Kronos/UKG.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Ticketing experience: Freshservice, Zendesk, ServiceNow.
• Willing to work 10:00 PM-7:00 AM PHST for US time zones.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, and problem solving.
