🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Performance Marketing or related growth roles
• Proven, multi-channel experience (Mobile, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic)
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Deep knowledge of attribution, incrementality, LTV, and ROAS
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into action
• English fluency and ability to operate across executive levels
