📋 Description

• Develop user segmentation models by risk, assets, trading behavior, and frequency
• Differentiate growth strategies by segments: high-potential, high-net-worth, low-quality
• Monitor metrics: deposits, first trade, net inflow, product uptake
• Conduct attribution analysis for LTV, CAC, ROI across channels
• Propose growth hypotheses from data; design and run A/B tests; own outcomes
• Participate in localized operations by researching local financial habits and user scenarios

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in Growth Operations, User Growth, Product Operations
• Experience in fintech/payments, brokerage, or digital finance preferred
• Hands-on experience running end-to-end data-driven growth experiments
• Strong logical thinking to break down goals into actionable metrics
• Good understanding of user behavior, conversion funnels, lifecycle, and growth KPIs
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
