Own recapture performance end-to-end for multiple communities
Lead a team of analysts; set priorities and hold them accountable
Hands-on with rate analysis, billback launches, submetering, and vendor contracts
Collaborate with accounting, legal, community managers, and outside vendors

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in utility management, property operations, or financial analysis
People management experience; can coach and provide tough feedback
Advanced Excel; comfortable with large GL exports
Knowledge of multi-state utility pass-through regulation or ability to build quickly
Strong vendor negotiation and written communication skills
Nice to have: experience with ManageAmerica or Conservice; track record of managing recurring cycles
