Calculating and processing resident water/sewer charges on a monthly basis
Assists in identifying and resolving utility billing discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and onsite property teams to resolve utility issues
Enter utility (water/sewer, gas and electric) invoices into payable system
Assist with monthly financial statement review including review of the general ledger and
Special projects and other duties, as assigned by Utility Manager

🎯 Requirements

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft excel and using formulas
Excellent communication and overall computer skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Accounting knowledge and experience is a plus
