🎯 Requirements

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited school.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license.
• Oncology pharmacy experience in clinical or UM settings.
• Experience with payer policies, prior auth, NCCN, and guidelines.
• Strong oncology pharmacology knowledge and biosimilars familiarity.
• Ability to translate guidelines into practical workflows.
